An Irrigation Analysis can add features to your graph that allow you to see if your irrigation events are reaching your active roots.
To add an Irrigation Analysis...
- Open your desired graph
- Select the Graph menu
Select Add pane
- At the bottom change the Graph type to Irrigation analysis
Select Save changes
You should now see roots and a blue water bubble each day there is activity. If the results don't match your data you may need to fine tune your new graph
- To fine tune the settings, right-click on your new graph
Select Event detection
- Change the Root activity threshold to 0.2 (as a starting point)
- Change the Irrigation threshold to 0.2 (as a starting point)
- Click OK to see how it looks compared to your soil water content graph.
